I'd say last year definitely, but their newest pledge class was slacking whereas Beta did very well, also their tailgates this semester are nothing compared to Pi Kapp's. From my own experience I'd agree with OP and put them all tied for upper-mid. I'll let spring rush decide who ends up ahead
