Top: SAE has been slipping the past year. Fall rush was no exception, may have the spot taken by one of the upper-middle in a year or so. Sig Ep had cool guys but is starting to break their stereotype of "gym guys." Sig chi still solid. Upper mid/Middle: Pi Kapp and Beta are moving up fast. Pi Kapp has been killing it with tailgates, Beta had their best PC in a few years and big tailgate pregames. Sammy has been blowing it lately with a few standout parties. Phi Delt did okay, has thrown some decent parties the past few weeks. AEPi dropping fast, may become bottom 3. Lower: Kappa Sig had a solidly middle-tier Fall 16' PC. Took a few usual squid types but a few guys as well that easily could have gone higher up. Alpha Sig actually threw one decent registered party, so ill give credit where it's due, with that, every fraternity parties. Advice to freshman (guys and girls): Forget everything you've read on this site. Literally all of it. If you rush a place based on reputation alone you probably won't be happy, and you're better off with a group of guys or girls you enjoy than a group of people you pretend to be. Every fraternity throws parties, every sorority shows up to fraternity parties, everyone has mixers. Don't think you won't get a "true experience" just because you didn't go top/middle house. I didn't go to the sorority I originally thought I would but couldn't be happier. And I see people in "top houses" who are miserable and show up to other people's stuff anywa
