and among a select group of girls PIKE has a REALLY BAD REP. But they have some really good parties and they do a lot of philanthropies. But I just don't seem them being as good as they used to be. 4. SigEp - SigEp has always kept their spot at being in the top since my freshman year. they are some of the sweetest guys and it makes sense since a lot of them are boyfriends of a lot of sorority girls. they had pillars which had some really good parties but they have some creepy guys I don't really like. they are close with one another when it comes to sports which i like and they all have good GPA's 5/6 AEPI/SAE - I think it's really a toss up between these two. AEPI has some real sweethearts that are really smart. Yes they don't fit your typical fraternity boy image but they are genuine guys and their small kickbacks can be really fun. SAE won a lot of philanthropies and honestly is doing all the right things to make themselves better slowly but surely. My freshman year no one even know who SAE was but now they are starting to put themselves on the map. I think they will be good in a couple of years 7. Phi Kap - I have been to Phi Kap and keep in mind I take brotherhood really seriously when making these rates. Phi Kap has a close brotherhood and they also have history here and a good alumni network which makes them edge delta chi in my book. They get really rowdy together and look like they have a lot of fun with each other even if there parties are small
