Established Top 5: XO, KD AGD, ADPi, Phi Mu Complete the the rest of top tier: AOPi, Pi Phi Up and comers: AXO, DG, DDD Middle: Zeta, SK, GPB Lower Mid: Theta, AZD Bottom: Kappa, DZ The bottom really has switched up, AZD and Theta seem to be working harder while Kappa and DZ are just there, so for me that puts Theta and AZD above the other 2 for their effort. GPB also has noticeably gotten better pledge classes the last 2 years. DG and DDD seem a step above the rest of the middle now too and along with AXO could be giving the top 7 a run for their money in the next couple years.
