Those three fraternities are all going down hill. Everyone knows KA is lucky to hold a upper middle tier spot because of their recent pledge classes being below average. Beta had a rough rush considering theta chi stole most of their guys and this pledge class is the worse Beta pledge class in the past 7 years. SAE are always know for throwing wild parties and have had a decent pledge class past couple of years but with them only having a 2 day pledgeship and them conducting an underground pledgeship it's only a matter of time before they have a brother review from nationals.
