Pi phi is DEFINITELY not top tier. Like at all. Move them down to middle, kappa up to lower middle, SK down to bottom and this is mostly correct. Rankings change every few years. You can't keep posting the same exact rankings from years ago just to make yourself feel better about your group and to put down the groups that are improving. Instead of spending your time on here making fake rankings, work on your own sisterhood.
