The truth is very few PNMs get completely cut. The system is designed to get everybody a bid on Bid Day, but the bigger more competitive groups cut for grades. That number is set by the chapter and may change so they cant say for sure which chapter does which. That number may be a little flexible- in particular for a legacy. There is also usually a number that their national organization requires to initiate. We cannot take someone below that - it wouldn't be fair if you couldn't initiate. So you won't get cut completely for just that - you just may not have as many choices as Suzy Perfect with a 4.0
