SIGMA PI- Pros: They have a big house on Old Row and have recently added a very nice and large party barn. They've been throwing more parties lately but usually save up for one big named artist to play at their house each semester. Their brotherhood also seems to be pretty close-knit and not as pledge class segregated. Cons: They were a fraternity that was rising for a while but has seemed to have plateaued this year. They've been recruiting better and better classes but just can't seem to be able to recruit a top quality pledge class. Sigma Pi is also not a big name around about, resulting in little to no pull on top sororities and low to average attendance at their parties. Pledge here if you're looking for fraternity with lots of untapped potential, a nice house, and a great brotherhood.
