Your reliable source is not real reliable. Sigma Chi does not want to rent their house and does not need to. Their nationals owns it and it appears they are waiting for all previous memebers to graduate before bringing the chapter back in existence at Auburn. Now that Phi Delt is off maybe they move there - they have to do something. Their house is no longer usable because of deteriorating foundation.
