Involvement. Involvement, Involvement, Involvement. If your girls are the faces of various organizations on campus, and everyone sees them, knows them, and respects the, you're going to build a better image and have more of an opportunity to network. Half of Greek Life is who you know, and your girls can meet a lot of people through involvement. Win things- best recruitment, best grades, best philanthropy- if you have a really cool event like GPhiBeat or Rodeo or what have you, you're going to be more recognized on campus and people are going to have more respect for your sorority as a whole. Philanthropy events also give you a chance to talk to other organizations and show off your girls. Be involved in other Greek events, not just Greek Week or Greek Sing, but go to other organization's events and show support for their philanthropies. Have a lot of bragging rights during recruitment, so you can have your choice of girls going through.
