If you want your sorority to have their pick during recruitment, you have to have a lot to show. And once you receive talented, well-spoken pretty girls, show them off. Send them to fraternities to speak about upcoming philanthropy events, so they can see your involvement and your looks and build relationships. Encourage FLP, it's a great way to network.
