I agree with your top 5 but it's just too soon to start putting nails in the coffin for ΣΑΕ. They're an historical house that's going through an adjustment period to be sure but that doesn't mean that they're done even if this pledge class was sub par for them. So I'd pit them at 6 and holding the last spot among the elite houses. After that, ΛΧΑ and ΣΠ are tied for 7th but after that is the drop off. To me, I'd call them top tiers but not elite because they are better than the next grouping. Farmhouse, ΑΤΩ, ΠΚΦ, and ΣΦΕ with ΦΔΘ, and ΠΚΑ rounding out the rest of the middle tier. From there you can extol the virtues of a ΔΤΔ or a ΔΣΦ but they're starting off the lower middle.
