Instead of complaining about how kids are going after the top tier fraternities you could have put forth some effort into your own fraternities rush? OP and others are talking about all these great, top notch out of state kids well, ok go and get them. Give them a reason to not only want Fiji, Beta, Sigma Nu, Theta Chi and KA, and Lambda Chi. This is the largest freshman class in Auburn's history, don't be so dismissive of the kids the top fraternities are getting just because their numbers are high and they're taking a lot of kids from Alabama and Georgia. Auburn Men are top men regardless of where they're from so if you're in a fraternity that knows of guys like this, don't blame IFC for allowing top fraternities to add as many quality guys to their brotherhood as possible just because your fraternity was not willing to put in the work. Remember, rush never stops so if you want to add quality guys you've met to your smaller fraternity then work harder, paint your house, dress nicer, don't get so drunk, etc. Do the little things instead of whining. Lastly, remember the Creed.
