I think something needs to be addressed in regards to quotas for some houses. Groups like Lambda Chi who have been throwing out bids like Theta Chi did to build numbers are hurting Auburns overall greek life when the smaller/middle tier fraternities are left with fewer options during rush. Then you add in the fact that the top fraternities are hitting 50 and some going over. If they took more pride in rushing kids, getting to know them, instead of racing to see who can finish first so they can start pledgeship early then they wouldn't have to worry about missing out on so many kids and would easily get 40 top quality guys. Truth is greek life isn't as popular at Auburn as some other schools and there isn't as many guys to chose from during rush for the fraternities who can't live off their name. All they are doing is making the gap bigger for middle/upper middle fraternities to improve which will hurt Auburns overall greek life when there's only 5 good fraternities. I know the KAs, Sigma Nus, Betas, Fijis, and Theta Chis won't care and will continue doing things behind IFCs back but I think it's something IFC needs to address
