Things you could add - SAE could arguably be dropped down, their reputation/name will keep them relevant and parties fun but its hard to argue that their quality hasn't fell off while Sigma Pi and Lambda Chi have gotten better in recent years - I think KA and Theta Chi belong ahead of Beta but those 3 are really interchangeable - Like I said before I think you should've made it clear cut top tier(Fiji, Snu, KA, Theta Chi, Beta) and then put the fraternities on the verge of being top tier(SAE, Sigma Pi, Lambda Chi) and then Farmhouse and ATO are clear middle tier groups. Even though theyve got quality guys they have obviously issues holding them back.
