"Theta's success" a girl in my group was bawling her eyes out because Theta was the only one she had left, and she honestly didn't feel like she connected with any of the girls in the parties, with a lot of awkward pauses and silences. She decided to stick it out and try it, but she hasn't been happy yet, and I'm praying she finds girla to connect with.
