1. Beta 2. Theta Chi 3. KA -Beta pulls the hottest girls and the best sororities out of all of them and throws decent parties. They have the highest quality brothers and they're just better all around and deserve first spot for new row. -None of them can touch Theta Chi's parties. They by far throw more and usually throw the best parties. They also have gotten a lot of high quality brothers and are hanging out a lot more with top sororities. You also really can't underestimate how fast they're rising. -KA can be agreed by most people that they deserve the last spot. They're extremely overhyped with not much to back it up with. Cherub was the only great party they've thrown in like two years. A lot of their brothers wouldn't have gotten bids at other top fraternities and only got a bid because they're redneck and fit KA. Overall, KA is just falling too hard and needs to turn around their pledge classes who keep being of worse quality each year.
