Chi o and Alpha gam are not eligible for cob. Their chapter totals are 400+ and would not choose to COB even if they wanted to lol. People just want to make it seem like sororities that COB have gone down when that’s it. The sororities listed in the original comment have yet to push 400 members, so they are eligible for COB. Top houses would rather have a bigger pledge class in the fall instead of COB-ing in the spring.
