A top house can COB if anyone drops (new member before initiation or active) because there is space for a new girl BUT just because a top house can COB doesn’t mean they will. Houses like alpha gam, ADPI, KD etc never COB because they typically don’t have many girls drop and they make sure of it with how they recruit. their retention is really good. Some house that do COB in the spring are houses like Alpha Xi, SK, Kappa, Theta, and Tri Sig. Some houses that used to COB are DZ, DG, ZTA, Gphi, and AOII. ZTA and GPHI only give out bids to girls they know super well. SK and Alpha Xi are a little more selective as well. DZ, DG, and AOII depends on how many girls they take but AOII typically takes in girls with high GPAS
