Unfortunately Phi mu doesnt cob and even if they did have the opportunity bc a girl dropped, they still wouldn’t cob. They will take a few sophomores rushing but normally those girls have some connection to phi mu Most sororities are in a position where they hit quota or went beyond quota and wont be able to COB until the spring or they will cob after initiation if any girls in PC 24 drop right before initiation. Definitely look into other sororities if you’re interested in COB-ing. It’s not likely youll get a bid from a competitive house like phi mi, but there are still many great sisterhoods that will have the opportunity to cob in the spring
