Every sorority does COB from time to time. It is different each semester and entirely depends on two things: - The number of open spots. This is determined by Chapter Total, which is the membership limit of the sororities set by panhellenic. It is reset each semester, in fall after recruitment, and at the start of spring semester to account for December grads and any drops or early alums. - Who you know in a chapter. Chapters usually focus their COB efforts on girls they already know. Meet members, make connections, keep your grades up and your nose clean.
