"I think im pretty well passing" says it all. Passing as a girl doesn't make you an actual girl. Anything you can ever do, from growing your hair out and wearing makeup and girl clothes, to cosmetic procedures and hormones and surgery is only about passing. It may make you a girl in your own mind but not in reality. Nothing can ever make you a girl. I'm sorry you have this mental burden.
