DZ, Tri Sigma, Theta, and Alpha Xi always COB. They will usually always have events and are great chapters to join. In the past few years DG, GPHI, Pi Phi, and Zeta have also COBd. They might do events, but for the most part will only do private meetings through the cob interest information you provide. For zeta and sometimes dg, they are super quiet about it and you usually have to know someone. ADPI issued 1 snap bid this year so don’t expect them to COB. AOII did COB in 2021 but I don’t know about recently. It all has to do with incoming formal rush numbers and outcoming fall graduation numbers.
