War eagle! So excited you're coming to Auburn and are planning on rushing! My biggest tip, especially as an out-of-stater like you, is to NOT READ ANYTHING about what people say about the reputations of each sorority on this site. While some of the posts are positive, take everything with a grain of salt. You should be rushing in hopes of finding the sisterhood that is the best for you, where you will find your bridesmaids and best friends, somewhere that betters you as a person and makes you proud to wear their letters. That has absolutely nothing to do with "how good" a sorority is. Come in with an open mind, knowing that some sororities LOVE out of state girls while others tend to stick with those from the southern area. That's not to say you'll have a bad chance at getting a bid - there's some statistic that like only 2% of girls that rush don't get a bid when they've maximized their options. Show up and put your best foot forward, BE YOURSELF!!, and know that no matter what happens during the week you will end up where you're meant to be!! Good luck and can't wait to see you in the fall!
