AOII did COB my freshman year. It’s not a bad thing. They got great girls. If they had a couple seniors graduate that fall, of course they’ll want to fill those spots. From my understanding it was friends of friends, but they did COB a few girls and had a small celebration for them at one of their chapter meetings. Stop acting like COB is some great failure. If members see unaffiliated women who can contribute meaningfully, and the chapter has space, then why wouldn’t they offer membership to them?
