Back in the day, fraternities used to have legit 'sister' sororities, but that was done away with in the late 80's/early 90's I believe. Now there are fraternities and sororities that primarily hang out with each other, but it isn't official like it used to be. Examples SAE--Phi Mu FIJI--Alpha Gam KA--KD AOPI--ATO This isn't true for every girl and guy of course, but sizable majority.
