As other commenters said, please stick it out until pref and give the houses you have a chance. But, the chapters that typically do not do COB are: adpi, kd, phi mu, agd, aopi, and axo. Xo has historically not done COB, but because of their downfall over the past few years they have started to. Every other chapter does participate in COB, but they don't always do it every semester depending on member numbers. You will not know which chapters are participating in COB for the fall semester until after primary recruitment is over.
