You thought you were too good for the sorority that gave you a bid to me. Why should anyone want to give you a bid when you didn't even stick with it long enough to decide if you liked being in a sorority? No, don't try again. Why would a sorority give you a bid over an enthusiastic freshman? Unless you have tons of friends in a particular sorority that are begging you to go through recruitment (and still your chances are slim) don't bother. There are tons of other things to do on campus.
