I agree with some of your stuff and you give a good review. As far as theta chi is concerned, their spring party didn't pull as many as Sigma Nu or SAE, but pulled at least twice as many as KA, Fiji, and Beta. Not to mention they throw more parties than anyone on campus. They can't beat the historical names of KA and Fiji, but currently they are way better socially. The reviews against them are simply biased due to popularity. In that sense, theta chi definitely deserves elite status and people need to get of their high horses and accept it. LXA is better than Sigma Pi, and Sig Ep is better than ATO no question. Lambda Chi just has way more going for them. Better sorority pull, alumni support, and better brothers. Sig Ep obviously destroys ATO's social life and housing situation. ATO pulls some of the goody good Alpha Gams and Chi Os but thats nothing special.
