@annoyingwrong is absolutely correct. There hasn't been any great changes since rush in August because even the top groups have gotten even better (just like the other groups). Every year we have gotten better sand strong pledge classes! The top groups are still the most sought after groups, but other groups are doing great as well. There is less difference in the the middle groups for sure now. There's no way ChiO is lower top right now or ADPi either. However, there's no reason to debate this here. In rush next year, it will continue to be the same as the past and every girl will still be VERY happy with the group they get.
