Sig Ep 8. Lambda Chi 9. Theta Chi 10. Sigma Nu As you can see, the top 10 clearly changes. The ranks an names you hear about are all based on popularity and not how good they are. A middle school mindset basically. Most used to be great but got full of themselves and quality went down. These fraternities are the real ones with things going for them (brotherhood, involvement, attitude, social, and most of all showing the most improvement). The names you hear are usually the ones that don't deserve it. Debate all you want, but this is just how it is.
