So many people keep putting theta chi at the top of their rankings. Theta Chi has less than 200 brothers and their parties are not fun. The only somewhat notable thing they've done is have Roscoe Dash, who is washed up and barely played. Stop ranking fraternities on here until you have been to a few of their functions.
