I respect your opinion because everybody has their own. I personally would agree that it is annoying that they did buy their way to the top when mine worked to get it's top tier spot. However, I do have friends in Theta Chi so I have to give them some support in relation to their "tier". Most would say top 10 is top tier and many would put Lambda Chi, Sig Ep, ATO, and maybe Sigma Pi in the top 10 right? Theta Chi is absolutely better than all of those names so wouldn't it make sense that they would be considered "top tier"? I'd easily put KA, Fiji, Sigma Nu, Beta, SAE, and MAYBE Sigma Chi ahead of them but that's only 5 or 6 fraternities. Point is, I think it's safe to call Theta Chi a "Top Tier' just not top 5.
