Is most good fraternities are either on probation or recently coming off of it and scared to throw a big party without getting hammered like Lambda Chi. IFC has cracked down on some stuff but nothing too much worse then the type of stuff you saw happening at bama with their pledge ships ending early Last fall There are plenty of opportunities to meet freshman girls besides swaps. Most aren't allowed to go to bars so they spend every weekend at their favorite houses and most good houses do socials frequently.
