To a certain extent to be top tier all you need a really nice house, strong alumni association, campus leadership (IFC & SGA) and a long campus history. But having a really nice house doesn’t make you top tier (ex: PIke) and you don’t have to have a long history at Auburn (Ex: Fiji founded at auburn in 1960’s and they are considered top tier) and you don’t need to have a really nice house (ex: Sigma Nu considered top tier) At the end of the day it’s all about people’s opinions of the organization
