No one knows the "general consensus" of who likes which fraternity or sorority, that's all just who certain people like and who is writing the ranks. Those who stay on here and are intent on ranking their group high and others low are doing it for their own "personal agenda". I know my groups is higher than 2nd tier and I know that several below this tier are a lot higher...so that is what I hear as a "general consensus". To be honest, they are all about the same, it just depends on who you ask and what group they are in.
