I've noticed that those from my area all got in really good houses if they were on dance team or choir, and then obviously the cheerleaders. The rest of them got in houses mid-low tier, or they didn't get in at all. Honestly, have not been impressed with the "selection" process. It's very superficial for the high-tier houses.
