^^THIS^^ Your local AU alum association is a great resource. I have met so many girls thru our local association that I have provided recs for. They should seek you out once you are accepted but if they don't please contact them. I know we have several events throughout the fall/winter and then a big sendoff party around the end of July. You'll need your recs before then so don't wait, start networking with them as soon as possible.
