As someone who has been on the other side of rush (no longer affiliated) This is correct. Every sorority that I know of has a list, top 100, rush crush, whatever, of girls that are connected with girls already in the chapter or have really stellar recs/resumes, not necessarily a bid list but who they are going to rush really hard. the girls in the sorority have to look at pics of their faces and memorize their names.
