The sororities are so busy with their new members and activities throughout the year that they don't remember where a particular girl pledged ( unless she was a friend or a rush crush). Heck, many will probably not know that you went through last year or that you depledged unless you tell them. But what have you done differently to be a more desirable PNM this time around? Do you have a high GPA? Did you join a club or two? Did you volunteer with a charity? Do you have friends from last year's new member classes who will pull for you? Do you have recs? Your HS grades and acticities won't be important after a year of college under your belt. It's all about what you did last year.
