Pi kapp and ATO are more active on this website than Pike. All are middle tier houses. Pike is currently on Probation but is off during the fall semester. ATO doesn't own a house but is renting Sig Eps house for three years. Pike and Pi Kapp are pretty similar, only real difference is Pi Kapp is new row Pike is old row. Pi Kapp tends to shotgun out bids more than the other two. However, they all have good brothers and the best way to figure out is to rush all three and see who you like.
