Dude, KA not only owned the 1st fraternity house in Auburn near the RR tracks (1883) when SAE, ATO, and Phi were all renting chapter rooms near Toomers Corner, , they were the 1st to build their own fraternity house on College Street in the early 20th C. The Chi-O s actually were the 1st to occupy this house because all of the KAs were off fighting in WWI. There is not a stronger and more "old row" fraternity at Auburn than KA. Debatable, but KA at Auburn was actually the first KA Chapter to hold "Old South". They are the real deal.
