There are some really good blog posts and YouTube videos about recs out there. In your resume you need to include your personal info, academic statistics, activities, honors, volunteerism, employment and anything else that can set you apart. Include a current picture of yourself so the houses can place a face to the name. Women love writing recs for girls, so don’t be embarrassed to ask to them to be written.
