-I'd say Theta Chi has already climbed their way to the top. There's not much higher for them to go, so I'd move them to the "still top tier" group. -Lambda Chi was climbing until they imploded with this pledge class this year. Right now they've definitely taken a few steps back. -Beta already fell and is making a big comeback. They should be in the "rising" group.
