The term you are looking for is "legacy" not alumni. @Legacy above is correct and no sorority considers cousins or aunts for legacy status. And most people also use the word 'alumni' incorrectly. A woman who matriculates from a school or sorority is an alumna and two or more are alumnae. A man is an alumnus and two or more are alumni. Mixed groups are also called alumni. We use these terms in Greek life and know the difference. Good luck in recruitment and in school so you can become an alumna someday too!
