There is definitely a chance you could get a bid as a sophomore. The issue is where. If you dropped out of your sorority this year because it was bottom tier, don't bother rushing again because you will more than likely end up in a different sorority in that tier. Even if by the end of freshman year you know a ton of people in a higher tier sorority, there is a good chance they will drop you because of your year. Be prepared for harsh and unfair cuts. But if you go in with an open mind and a good resume, you could end up with a bid at the end of the week.
