I'm in a sorority and I know after going through some names that were put in a weird order on the list but they were all fixed by sisterhood to my knowledge. The computer can be really weird sometimes but they try to be super through for bids to be passed out so I don't think she would have gotten her second choice by a computer mistake. Also girls can get dropped from a majority of the sororities for a multitude of reasons or just not quite being high enough on the list.
