Here is the process explained: The voting processes in each individual chapter have not changed as far as how they decide their bid lists. Each chapter makes two lists: the 1st bid list is their ideal NM class, their tip top choices equaling to quota, and the 2nd bid list ranks all the other girls who attended their preferential parties from most favored on down. Each chapter has their own process for making these decisions and uses different methods, which is up to them. All houses' lists are then submitted for computer matching with the PNM’s ranks of houses. The algorithm matches the bid list names to the PNM's choices like this:
