Actually there is someting on the books- city zoning- that in certain zones you can't have more than 2 unrelated people living together. Trust me-ask all the property owners who live close to campus! Also, the Village Dorms only opened up about 8 years ago. No way the university is going to loose all those sororities to houses so soon after building those dorms!
