If you look on sigma chi's website, you'll see that they aren't looking to charter until at least spring of 2019 and then even longer after that before they think about getting a house. From what i've heard Sig Tau signed another lease for 2+ years with plans to either extend that lease or build after that. The rumors that they are gonna loose there house have been around since the day they moved in.
